A teenager who had been under illegal criminal prosecution for 15 months had suffered harm to his personality, as if the baby had not been fed for several days. Therefore, to be honest adults and honest professionals, the headline should be: "the Teenager will receive not "huge", but SCANTY compensation for illegal actions of the police" the Minor appealed to the court for compensation for moral damage caused by illegal actions of the bodies of pre-trial investigation. The court of first instance partially satisfied the claim and obliged to recover from the state Treasury service of Ukraine 204 765 thousand hryvnias of the caused moral harm in calculation of multiplication of 55 months of stay under investigation the size of the minimum wage at the time of decision-making. The main Department of the National police in the Ternopil region and the state Treasury service of Ukraine appealed this decision to the court of appeal, asked to reduce the amount of moral damage and to recover it from the state budget.
